KAYAKING

• Introductory Workshops–instruction on topics including boat design and selection, kayaking gear, safety guidelines, and pool practice.
• Learn to Kayak programs–beginner instruction on strokes and kayak maneuvering followed by a beginner kayak trip. Taught by certified instructors.
• Day trips–beginner and intermediate level trips on fresh water lakes and rivers in the Manchester area as well as salt water excursions on Great Bay. 
• Overnight trips–extended lodge-based trips on rivers and lakes in New Hampshire and surrounding areas.

HIKING

• Introductory Workshops–instruction on topics including map and compass use, geocaching, outdoor photography, and natural history.
• Day trips–beginner and intermediate level trips in the Manchester area as well as in and around the White Mountains. 
• Overnight trips–extended cabin based hiking trips in New Hampshire and surrounding areas.

SNOWSHOEING

• Introductory Workshops–instruction on basic snowshoe design and technique.
• Day trips–beginner and intermediate level trips in the Manchester area as well as in and around the White Mountains. 
• Overnight trips–extended lodge based snowshoeing trips in New Hampshire and surrounding areas.
